The second of several Highbury Auctions, the auction of a series of unique opportunities to see Highbury from a totally new perspective, was a huge success. Some treated themselves to an unforgettable experience during this historic season, others have an incredible gift for an Arsenal fan in their life. The Experiences were available for one week only on either a standard auction basis or a dutch auction, buy now, first come first served basis. Lots were being closely watched by registered users in the run up to the auction and as a result many sold out within just an hour of becoming available.
May 2006 will see one couple dine in ultimate style with dinner for two on the centre circle, a group take their own private chartered flight over both Highbury and Emirates Stadium as well as 120 successful bidders take an unforgettable penalty on the pitch.
The very last tour of Highbury will be with Arsenal Legend, Bob Wilson with 30 people seeing areas of the stadium not seen before. This lot raised several thousands of pounds for both the Willow Foundation and David Rocastle Trust.
